Client review: I recently asked David if he would assist with a huge community project.

The history is that we as a community stopped a piece of our green space from being developed for housing. The area contains our football club, cricket club, stables, angling club and grazing land. The development has been stopped (yayyy!) and the community have now been given the land to benefit the community. So we needed a surveyor & designer to plot the land and come up with a scheme that incorporated the feedback from the residents.

This was a massive project and I felt sure it would overwhelm most but not David. He has now become our community hero!

David generated floorplans & virtual tour which are mindblowing and that description does not do it justice believe me. The attention to detail is unbelievable.

When the committee met to see the initial designs a number of the members got emotional (tears of joy). It looked so amazing and so realistic. It surpassed all our expectations. We then went on to screen them at two public consultations and it had the same effect on the residents.

I can only guess at how long this work took but I knew he would not do a half hearted job. Thank you Kelly (his wife) for putting up with having to watch it so often to ensure it had the desired effect and was perfect for our community.

We are now using Davids work to help towards funding applications so our dream can become reality. Watch this space!!!
